Exchange Policy
- Exchange is accepted only if you receive the wrong product or a damaged product.
- You must report the issue to our support team via WhatsApp (+91 000000000) on the same day you receive the product.
- You must provide an unboxing video showing the entire process—from opening the parcel to clearly displaying the wrong or defective product—as proof.
- Our Lfab team will review the evidence and approve the exchange only after verification.
Important Notes
All products undergo a quality check before dispatch. However, manual errors may occasionally occur.
Clearance and sale items are final and non-exchangeable.
